We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with technical rigor and a strong desire to make an impact.

Your Profile: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field; 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM projects ; Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM modules : Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Talent Management (PD); Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus; Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) ; Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements; Experience with data migration and validation techniques (LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); SAP certifications are a plus: SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management with SAP S/4HANA SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central Our Values: Critical thinking and autonomy Focus on meaningful solutions and real results Respect, transparency, and continuous growth What You'll Find at Fyld: A collaborative team that values individual progress Access to continuous training and certifications A culture of proximity, respect, and recognition Challenging, purpose-driven projects where your talent as an SAP HCM Consultant has real impact High standards, professionalism, and dedication — everything else can be learned 📩 Want to be part of it?
