By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential. *Job Description* *Your contribution to something big : * * Support the recruitment processes, includingjob description, job posting and selection criteria; * Conduct the overall recruitment process from candidate’s sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, supporting and advising the manager throughout the process; * Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience; * Support in personal marketing initiatives, such as job fairs, conferences, and other tech and recruitment events; * Support the onboarding of new associates in the company; * Actively assist in the implementation of HR policies and tools & participate in HR team topics; * Provide support to HR projects; * Support HR analytics, namely monthly & quarterly reporting, and business intelligence topics; * Support in the administrative management of employee processes; * Support in training management. *Qualifications* *What distinguishes you : * * Academic degree on Social Sciences areas, Management, or similar; * General knowledge in Human Resources management topics is a plus; * Keen on networking and relating with different people, cultures, mindsets; * Very good communication skills; * Ownership and initiative to propose ideas; * Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment; * Keen to work in an autonomous and proactive manner; * Good knowledge of Office tools, such as Excel and Powerpoint, and social / professional networks; * Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken). *Additional Information* Duration : 12 months *Work #LikeABosch includes : * ⚖ Flexible work conditions Hybrid work system ⚕ Medical office on site (general surgeon, psychology, physiotherapy, general clinic) Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products Sports and health related activities Free parking lot Canteen *Success stories don´t just happen.
