You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of compliance of a Tower Company Health, Safety Standards and local regulations, in order ensure the safety of employees, contractors and Site Assets in the German Market.

Key responsibilities:

• implementations and monitoring of Key H&S programs for ensuring a safe working environment in the office and telecom sites
• establish and maintain the H&S interface with key high risk suppliers to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, delivered against ands reported on
• conduct regular supplier onsite audits and ensure that adequate risk assessments and control measures are in place
• lead investigations into safety incidents, documents findings and follow up on actions contributing to continuous improvement on safety practices
• collaborate across markets with other H&S leads to share best practices
