Role Overview:

We are looking for a Subcontracts Administrator for a major Oil & Gas / Chemical industry project in Sines.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for managing the administration of construction subcontracts on site, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and financial control of each agreement. This includes preparing monthly reports, monitoring progress curves, and handling change orders or claims from contractors. You will also maintain correspondence and records, manage contract amendments, and support the closure and evaluation of construction contracts.

What you are like:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Subcontracts Administrator, preferably in Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Chemical Industry projects;
• Proven track record in managing subcontract administration directly on construction sites;
• Strong understanding of contract administration, financial control of subcontracts, change order and claim management, and contract close-out procedures;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, and effective communication with contractors and internal teams.
