Als klantenservicemedewerker voor een project in de gezondheidszorg is je belangrijkste taak het beheren van klantverzoeken met betrekking tot het gebruik en de werking van een centraal staand apparaat.
Onze klant
Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling van innovatieve medische hulpmiddelen om het leven van patiënten met diabetes en andere ziekten gemakkelijker te maken. Het Omnipod-insulinetoedieningssysteem biedt een uniek alternatief voor de voorheen beschikbare insulinetoediening methoden.

Verantwoordelijkheden
Hulp verlenen bij eventuele vragen en zorgen over het product;
Klanten informeren en voorlichten over de veiligheid en functies van het apparaat;
Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen over verzending, retournering, betalingstransacties en het ruilbeleid;
Actief deelnemen aan de optimalisatieactiviteiten die bij alle klantenserviceprocessen horen.
Jouw profiel
Vloeiend niveau Nederlands (schriftelijk en mondeling);
Goed begrip van de Engels taal (minimaal C1-niveau), zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
Bereid om in het buitenland te werken en een internationale ervaring op te doen;
In staat om met gevoelige informatie om te gaan;
Team spirit en uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden;
Ervaring in telefonische klantenservice (bij voorkeur).
