Onze klant

Verantwoordelijkheden
Een klantvriendelijke service bieden door interesse te tonen in de klant, en daarbij een positieve relatie met het merk te garanderen;
Een goede impressie achterlaten bij en connecties maken met klanten door al hun vragen en twijfels op te lossen;
Klantvragen behandelen met betrekking tot betalingen, voorraadbeschikbaarheid, bestellingen en accounttoegang.
Jouw profiel
Ervaring met online advertentieproducten en social media (bij voorkeur);
Basis computervaardigheden;
Moedertaal niveau Nederlands en minimaal B2-niveau Engels vereist;
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: mondeling, schriftelijk en luisterend;
In staat om klantproblemen op te lossen;
Flexibel, een snelle leerling en in staat om je aan te passen aan voortdurend evoluerende MKB-behoeften en om klanten te helpen hun bedrijf op het advertentieplatform te laten groeien;
Vermogen om te multitasken en onder druk te werken;
