Ihre Aufgaben
· Als Kundenbetreuer für das Gesundheitswesen helfen Sie bei allen Fragen und Anliegen zum Produkt.
· Kunden über die Funktionen des Geräts und die Sicherheit informieren und aufklären;
· Unterstützen Sie Kunden bei Fragen zu Versand, Rückgabe, Umtauschbedingungen und Zahlungsabwicklung ;
· Beteiligen Sie sich aktiv an den Optimierungsaktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit allen Kundendienstprozessen.
Ihr Profil
· Fließende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch;
· Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau );
· Bereit, eine internationale Erfahrung zu machen – im Ausland zu arbeiten;
· Als Kundenbetreuer im Gesundheitswesen mit sensiblen Informationen umgehen;
· Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten;
· Teamgeist ;
· Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice (bevorzugt).
