Ihre Aufgaben
· Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter für Mercedes-Benz sind Sie für Kundenanfragen zuständig und repräsentieren eine der angesehensten Automarken der Welt;
· Nutzen Sie Telefonanrufe, E-Mails und Chats, um ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis zu bieten;
· Fragen rund ums Auto;
· Lösen Sie auftretende Probleme und gehen Sie professionell und zeitnah auf die Anliegen der Kunden ein.
Ihr Profil
· Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau );
· Große Leidenschaft für Autos (großes Plus );
· Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter für Mercedes-Benz benötigen Sie Berufserfahrung als Kundenbetreuer (wird als Vorteil angesehen );
· Ausgebaute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
· Echte Problemlösungsmentalität und ein tiefes Verantwortungsbewusstsein;
· Technisches Verständnis und schnelle Lernfähigkeit ;
· Positive Einstellung.
