Ihre Aufgaben
· Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter für die Reisebranche begrüßen Sie die Kunden Ihrer Klienten und sprechen mit ihnen auf höfliche, freundliche und professionelle Art und Weise.
· Verwandeln Sie Kundenanfragen in Verkäufe, indem Sie geeignete Verkaufstechniken einsetzen, um Umsatz- und Abschlussquotenziele zu erreichen .
· Recherchieren Sie Reisepreise, Reiseziele, Optionen und Pakete, stellen Sie genaue Informationen bereit und beantworten Sie allgemeine Fragen zu Reisen und Standorten.
· Verfolgen und melden Sie vers. Anruftypen und Serviceprobleme.
Ihr Profil
· Fließende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch;
· Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (mindestens B2 );
· Abitur, abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder höher (bevorzugt );
· Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und soziale Intelligenz – Empathie, Selbstbewusstsein, kulturelle Sensibilität;
· Als Kundendienstmitarbeiter für die Reisebranche benötigen Sie vorherige Callcenter-Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Kundendienst ;
· Starke webbasierte Navigationsfähigkeiten ;
· Flexible/r und schnelle/r Lerner/in, der/die sich kontinuierlich anpassen kann.
