Verantwoordelijkheden
Ondersteuning bieden aan belangrijke klanten om hen te helpen groeien via meerdere kanalen - chat, e-mail en telefoon;
De self-service advertentiebasis verzorgen en uitbreiden voor klanten in het online en digitale advertentiedomein;
Pre- en post-sales ondersteuning bieden voor alle zelfbedieningsproducten;
Product- en toolondersteuning bieden om de ervaring van klanten te verbeteren;
Problemen, technische bugs en advertentieweergaven-issues identificeren en oplossen;
Problemen van klanten tijdig oplossen, proactief voortgang met klanten bespreken en proactief gebieden identificeren waar klanten het gebruik van onze oplossingen kunnen verbeteren;
Essentiële productinzichten en feedback van onze klanten aan engineering overdragen.
Jouw profiel
Moedertaal niveau Nederlands (schriftelijk en mondeling);
Goed begrip van de Engels taal (B2-niveau) vereist;
Computervaardigheden (basisvaardigheden verplicht, geavanceerde vaardigheden zoals coderen preferentieel);
Goede analytische vaardigheden en logisch denkvermogen;
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: mondeling, schriftelijk en luisterend;
Proactief en een snelle leerling, in staat om zich aan te passen aan continu veranderende behoeften en om klanten te helpen bij het groeien van hun bedrijf op het advertentieplatform;
Vermogen om te multitasken en onder druk te werken;
Beschikbaarheid van maandag t/m zondag, inclusief weekendrotatie.
