Ihre Aufgaben
· Als Content Moderator für Social Media überprüfen und moderieren Sie Online-Inhalte, die auf dem deutschen Markt veröffentlicht werden.
· Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle von Benutzern hochgeladenen Informationen den Richtlinien entsprechen, die auf den Richtlinien des Klienten basieren.
· Werden und bleiben Sie über Richtlinien und Gemeinschaftsstandards informiert ;
· Bereitstellung und Befolgung von Best Practices zur besseren Erreichung der KPIs des Klienten;
· Nutzen Sie das erlernte Wissen, um interne oder externe Verbesserungsideen vorzuschlagen.
Ihr Profil
· Fließende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch;
· Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (mindestens B2 );
· Die Fähigkeit, Selbstüberzeugungen von moderierten Inhalten und Richtlinien zu unterscheiden;
· Empathie;
· Motivation und positive Einstellung;
· Liebe zum Detail;
· Als Content Moderator für soziale Medien benötigen Sie Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Bearbeitung großer Mengen an Online-Inhalten;
· Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in wechselnden Schichten rund um die Uhr, von Montag bis Sonntag (obligatorisch).
