Verantwoordelijkheden
Klantenondersteuning voor bestuurders, bijrijders, restaurants, eters en koeriers;
Assistentie per telefoon, e-mail of chat, voor vragen en zorgen van de klant met betrekking tot de service;
Zorgen voor klanttevredenheid, en met creatieve oplossingen komen voor hun problemen;
Een positieve service-ervaring garanderen door middel van verbale communicatie;
Aanbevelingen geven om zo in te spelen op de behoeften van de klanten.
Jouw profiel
Vloeiend niveau Nederlands en B2-niveau Engels; Goed niveau van het Engels (minimaal B2);
Ervaring in klantenservice (pré);
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
Goede redeneervaardigheden;
Probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
De vaardigheid om de richting van het gesprek met klanten in verschillende situaties te beheersen en te sturen;
De vaardigheid om positieve relaties met klanten op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
