Verantwoordelijkheden
Effectief communiceren met klanten via verschillende kanalen;
Verkoop, kansen en omzet genereren;
Klantproblemen afhandelen door middel van samenwerking, oplossing of escalatie naar Direct Sales;
In gesprek gaan met klanten van verschillende sectoren, bedrijfsgroottes en -types om hun behoeften te bepalen;
Concurrerende aanbiedingen en oplossingen positioneren in de context van klantbehoeften en -ervaringen;
Voor veel klanten het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn en de basis leggen voor langdurige klantrelaties.
Jouw profiel
Moedertaal niveau Nederlands (schriftelijk en mondeling);
Verkoop- en callcenterervaring (bij voorkeur in de IT-industrie);
Commerciële focus (bij voorkeur B2B verkoopervaring);
Goede kennis van webgebaseerde tools en MS-Office (Office/O365 is een pluspunt);
In staat om relaties met klanten op te bouwen en te onderhouden door de klantbehoeften effectief vast te stellen;
Ervaring met de algemene zakelijke klant en sectorgerelateerde uitdagingen;
Kennis van CRM-oplossingen, met relevante werkervaring of -achtergrond;
Uitstekende spreek- en schrijfvaardigheden;
Communicatief sterk;
In staat om Trusted Advisor betrouwbaarheid met zakelijke klanten op te bouwen en vast te leggen;
In staat om belangrijke besluitvormers te identificeren en te beïnvloeden.
