Ihre Aufgaben
· Inbound Kundenservice von Bose Kunden;
· Beratung zu Zahlungsmethoden im Bose Online Shop;
· Hilfestellung bei Versand, Lieferung, Rückgabe und Umtausch;
· Assistenz bei Fragen zur Produktregistrierung;
· Entgegennahme von Reklamationen;
· Verwaltung von Kundendaten sowie Bearbeitung von jeglichen anderen Kundenanliegen.
Ihr Profil
· Fließende eutschkenntnisse und ein Englischniveau (minimum B2 hast);
· Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
· Gute Englischkenntnisse;
· Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Empathie;
· Erfahrung im Kundenservice (bevorzugt).
