Your Role:
- Offer top-notch customer assistance via phone, chat, email, and social channels
- Tackle account and payment-related queries with professionalism and precision
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions

- Contribute feedback for continuous improvement
Your Profile:
- Fluent in Spanish & solid C1 English (as confirmed by assessment)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Genuine dedication to customer satisfaction
- Strong communicator with empathetic approach
- Quick learner, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Available for full-time, on-site shifts (24/7 rotation including nights/weekends)
- Flexible with 2 rotating days off
