WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

Within this role you will be integrated within a large I.T support team and the tasks required within the role will include :

  • Support customers through technical help desk
  • installation and configuration of HW equipment
  • Installation of SW solutions (virtual machines, Operating Systems, antivirus.
  • Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for candidate with around four years experience in a similar field with experience in :

  • Microsoft Administration, including experience and knowledge about Windows Domain (Azure & On-premise), 365, Exchange Online, Windows 11 and experience in Troubleshooting (helpdesk).
  • Hardware Environments : Have experience and knowledge about rackmounting elements in a cabinet, Installing and configuring different hardware elements (servers, KVMs, switches, etc), design HW Systems and cabling / labeling.
  • Linux Administration : (multiple Distributions) Knowledge about the systems and Linux commands.
  • Virtual Environments : Knowledge about Virtual Machines and Virtualization operating systems (mainly VMWare)
  • Networking : knowledge about network devices, how they work and troubleshooting Network commands.
