What we are looking for :

• Academic background in Computer Science (or a related IT degree), Economics, or Finance;
• Proven experience in 3rd line IT Support tasks;
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment;
• High level of empathy and strong ownership of customer issues;
• Hands-on experience with Java;
• Proficiency in PL / SQL and SQL programming languages;
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming languages;
• Power BI experience is a plus;
• Familiarity with basic financial concepts;
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills;
• Ability to identify and promote process improvements;
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
