Come Customer Support Specialist, assisterai i clienti tramite telefono, email e chat, fornendo supporto chiaro, professionale ed empatico, garantendo la soddisfazione del cliente in ogni interazione.
Responsabilità principali
Rispondere alle richieste dei clienti tramite telefono, email e chat
Risolvere domande, reclami e richieste con empatia e professionalità
Garantire un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente in ogni interazione
Registrare e gestire correttamente i casi nei sistemi interni
Collaborare con il team per migliorare continuamente processi e qualità del servizio
Requisiti
Madrelingua italiano (scritto e parlato)
Buona conoscenza dellinglese (B2 o superiore)
Esperienza nel customer care è un plus, ma non obbligatoria
Residenza già in Portogallo (da Coimbra a sud, inclusa Lisbona)
Connessione internet stabile e spazio di lavoro tranquillo a casa
Attitudine positiva, voglia di imparare e orientamento al cliente
Retribuzione e Benefici
Stipendio base: 1.000 per 14 mensilità (~1.167/mese)
Bonus di complessità: 100/anno
Indennità pasti: 7,23 per giorno lavorativo (~159/mese)
Bonus di firma: 2.000 (lordi, pagati con la prima busta paga)
Retribuzioni aggiuntive secondo la legge portoghese:
Lavoro notturno (22:0007:00): +25% sul salario base orario
Domeniche e festività (nel turno fisso, non straordinario): +50% o riposo compensativo (~131/mese stimato)
Assicurazione sanitaria privata dal primo giorno (copertura completa dopo 6 mesi)
Formazione retribuita e supporto continuo
Opportunità di crescita professionale (es. ruoli di Team Leader)
Lavoro da remoto in un team internazionale e collaborativo, direttamente da casa
Compenso mensile totale stimato: 1.6001.700 (incluso stipendio base, indennità pasti, bonus di firma, retribuzioni aggiuntive e bonus stimati)
