About the role

As Product Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day product development across mobile and web, combining strategic vision with execution to deliver high-impact, AI-powered features.

You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and leadership to shape user-centric experiences at the intersection of sports, real-time engagement, and intelligent automation. This is a foundational role in a profitable, product-led startup with significant ownership and influence on both the product and company’s growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full product lifecycle management : from ideation and prototyping to development, release, and iteration;
• Collaboration with development and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences;
• Stakeholder management : gather feedback, manage expectations, ensure alignment, and communicate progress;
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, supporting business goals and user needs;
• Requirement gathering : run user interviews, surveys, competitor research, map problems, validate ideas, write hypotheses, and define success metrics;
• Lead agile processes : manage backlog, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery;
• Maintain clear documentation and support onboarding for stakeholders.

Job requirements

We seek someone comfortable owning the full product cycle, thriving in an agile environment. You should be independent, passionate about digital products, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, AI-driven, inquisitive, and results-oriented.
