We would like to meet a IT Recruiter for a project with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
- Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
- Analysis and selection of CV's.
- Phone surveys when necessary.
- Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
- Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.
- Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
- Editing CV's according to the Decskill format.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
- At least 3 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection.
- Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.
- Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
- A team player with a spirit of collaboration.
- A person with a good working attitude and commitment.
- Be results-oriented.
- Speak other languages, like English.
