Accountant for Accounts Payable (m/f/x) - German Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming invoices;
• Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
• Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
• Develop process documentation;
• Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment;
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification;
• Working experience with SAP FI;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
• Language skills: fluent in English and German;
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
