Your Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls related to subscriptions, billing, and basic technical support Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance with a customer-first approach Identify customer needs and offer personalized, effective solutions Represent the brand with empathy, professionalism, and confidence Your Profile Native French speaker or C2 level proficiency No previous experience required — full paid training provided Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset Availability to work rotating shifts , Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 19:00 What We Offer Base Salary: 930 EUR gross/month paid in 14 installments Meal Allowance: 9 EUR per working day Performance Bonus: up to 100 EUR/month (from the 4th month) Private Health Insurance after 4 months Transportation Reimbursement: up to 40 EUR/month Modern on-site workplace in Porto with a friendly, international team
