Program Manager

We’re looking for a Program Manager (Lisboa)

Who We're Looking For :

✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills :

Accountable for delivering the program’s goals in alignment with business commitments, while adhering to organizational strategic priorities and Sponsor expectations.

Oversee the program’s portfolio of projects and manage the associated budget for successful execution.

Provide functional leadership and cross-entity coordination across multiple projects within the portfolio.

Coordinate projects, handle dependencies, and critically evaluate implementation approaches.

✅ Technical and Soft Skills

Production and operations processes (ITIL, monitoring, scheduling, infrastructure management)

DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, automation, Agile methodologies, infrastructure as code)

General IT operations knowledge (Cloud platforms, Virtual Machines, RHEL, Oracle, etc.)

Cloud migration and architecture (IAAS, PAAS, microservices, container-based deployments)

Language Requirement

English – B2
