Role Description :

• Deliver business systems solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, running workshops, ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, and system configuration.
• Own the technical activities like Data Migration, Cutover activities, and Admin tasks.
• Prepare technical documents, including workbooks and test scenarios based on the design.
• Work closely with the customer on the testing and training sessions.
• Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the Project Manager(s).
• Collaborate across other application areas and / or other employee-facing products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities :

As a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules to optimize our clients' HR processes. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
