About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative fluent in French to join our growing support team in Braga. In this full-time position, you will be a key point of contact for customers — handling inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care. Your contributions will play a direct role in driving customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term relationships. What Youll Do Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers via phone, email and chat. Listen carefully to customer needs and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
