About the Role We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative fluent in French to join our growing support team based in Porto. In this full-time role, you will be an essential part of delivering outstanding customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and building long-term relationships with customers across a variety of channels including phone, email and chat. Your work will help strengthen customer satisfaction and contribute to overall service excellence. What Youll Do Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, helping customers with questions about products, services, accounts and more. Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, offering solutions and guidance tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and outcomes using internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently and to the customers satisfaction. Stay informed about products, services and company policies to provide current and helpful advice. Contribute to team goals by upholding service quality standards and performance expectations. What You Bring Native or fluent French with excellent written and verbal communication. Strong command of English to interact with international colleagues and systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, patient, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, and manage time effectively. Comfort working with customer service software and CRM tools, or willingness to learn them quickly. Previous experience in customer service or a related support role is an advantage but not required.
