Ta mission : Être le premier point de contact pour nos clients (téléphone, e-mail, chat). Identifier leurs besoins et proposer des solutions efficaces. Fournir un support technique ou informatif en suivant les procédures internes. Garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle et professionnelle. Collaborer avec une équipe multiculturelle pour résoudre les cas les plus complexes. Profil recherché : Maîtrise parfaite du français (oral et écrit). Bon niveau danglais (B1/B2 minimum). Une première expérience en service client ou centre dappels est un plus. Excellentes compétences en communication et résolution de problèmes.
