Profile Requirements
• Final‑year students or recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Management, Law, STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), or related areas;
• High‑potential young professionals with a strong sense of responsibility and interest in process‑driven, quality‑focused and efficiency‑oriented environments;
• Strong teamwork skills, analytical thinking, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset;
• Motivation to work in an international environment and within an evolving managed services model;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
