Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Hotel Manager to lead the daily operations of our high-end boutique hotel , ensuring an exceptional level of service and a refined guest experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lisbon , with responsibilities including:

• Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the boutique hotel with attention to detail and excellence
• Leading, inspiring, and supervising the team to deliver intuitive and personalized service
• Managing reservations and guest communications by email and phone
• Supervising stock control and supplier relationships to maintain the highest standards
• Anticipating, handling, and resolving guest requests with discretion and professionalism
• Overseeing guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
• Ensuring each guest enjoys a refined, memorable, and truly bespoke stay

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French (mandatory)
• At least 2 years of proven experience as an Assistant Manager in luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
