In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple channels. You'll handle inquiries, deliver accurate information, and maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction. What You'll Do: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in French and English. Understand and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically. Provide accurate product or service information and escalate more complex cases when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction. What Were Looking For: Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2+) verbal and written. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Residency in Portugal with a valid residence card. Ability to work on-site , full-time.
