YOUR MISSION

Our Early Careers Booster is your fast track opportunity straight out of university to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll work side-by-side with top industry professionals and get real responsibilities from day one.

Join the Early Career Booster in the Account Manager track. You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

This is a full-time role based at our Lisbon office so you’re either already here or open to relocating. You’ll need to be available to start full-time between April and September 2026.

Within this supportive framework, you will take ownership of:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Partners through consistent and proactive communication.

  • Understanding Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.

  • Analyzing data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.

  • Driving rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu/catalog optimization.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet Partners' needs.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • You have completed your degree in the past 18 months with strong academic results or you will graduate in the next 6 months.

  • Your academic degree is in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics or similar - but more importantly, you possess a strong commercial mindset and a natural flair for building partnerships.

  • Analytical, logical thinker with sharp problem-solving skills.

  • Data-driven — learning Excel, SQL and Google Analytics don’t scare you.

  • Can lead a project and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of e-commerce is a plus.

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English + Portuguese.

  • You are eligible to work in Lisbon.

  • You are available to start a full-time permanent role between April and September ‘26.
