Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.


Due to the company’s continuous growth, Details intends to recruit a Marketing Executive.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives across golf, F&B outlets and accommodation.
  • Coordinate local marketing activities, photo and video shoots, and content creation for digital, social and print platforms.
  • Manage and update content across key channels, including website, newsletters and social media.
  • Provide on-site support for events, activations and experiences across the resort.
  • Liaise with the Details Marketing & Communications teams on media relations, press requests and brand materials.
  • Coordinate marketing actions with internal teams (golf, hotel/apartments, restaurants) to ensure alignment and relevance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement.
  • Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications.
  • Support the implementation of marketing partnerships, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely delivery of content and materials.




Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
