What are you going to do?

• Manage and execute batch jobs using scheduling tools such as TWS and Control-M;
• Perform real-time system monitoring and ensure operational stability;
• Handle incident resolution, including job abends, SLA breaches, and dependency-related issues;
• Operate and support daily mainframe environments, including dataset management, JES, GDG handling, file transfers, and incident recovery;
• Provide support to application teams, ensuring smooth integration and issue resolution;
• Contribute to the optimization of batch processes and operational efficiency;
• Participate in deployments, releases, and change management activities;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational reports;
• Report on system and performance metrics to support continuous improvement;
• Act as a technical integrator, promoting DevOps best practices such as automation, security, and observability.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Application Support;
• Proven experience as an OPS Technician/Operations Integrator;
• Strong experience on RUN, L2 support, and operations in a mainframe z/OS environment;
• Proficiency in tools like TWS and Control-M;
• Experience with real-time monitoring and incident resolution, including abends, SLA management, and dependency handling;
• Fluency in English (mandatory );
• Availability for shifts (08h00 – 19h00) and occasional planned on-call interventions (HNO).
