We are seeking a skilled Engineering Architect eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

• Define, review, and validate technical architecture and design across application teams
• Ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards and best practices
• Assess and manage technical risks across solutions and systems
• Contribute to technology studies, innovation initiatives, and emerging tech evaluations
• Lead and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical assessments
• Promote modernization of engineering practices and DevSecOps toolchains
• Drive efficiency improvements across the software delivery lifecycle
• Evaluate and ensure proper use of cloud, middleware, and distributed system components
• Strong experience in software architecture (monolith, SOA, microservices, n-tier)
• Cloud platforms: IaaS, PaaS, KaaS
• Containerization and orchestration technologies
• DevSecOps practices and CI/CD toolchains
• Middleware: API gateways, load balancers, messaging systems (MQ, event brokers), WAF, VIP
• Strong knowledge of security principles (encryption, authentication, authorization, vulnerability management)
• Experience delivering complex production-grade systems
• Ability to analyze architectures and ensure alignment with standards
• Exposure to financial/banking environments is a plus
• English: Fluent/Expert
• French: Nice to have
• Hybrid model (2 days/week in office)
• Must be based in mainland Portugal and available to commute when required
