What we’re looking for:


• Provide first-level technical support and IT systems monitoring.

• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, MS SQL, and monitoring tools (IBM Mainframe z/OS, Network Monitoring Tools).

• Familiarity with Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager or similar security tools.

• Fluency in English (oral and written) – mandatory.

• Desirable: Knowledge of financial markets/post-trade instruments, ITIL framework, or scripting languages (JCL).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, structured mindset; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment covering all market operational hours.
