We support both public and private sector organizations through two main areas: - Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement; - IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams. The Project We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on a Banking project. You will have the following responsibilities: Manage functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting key reporting streams, including financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk; Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures based on project requirements; Document functional and technical specifications for implementation by IT, financial systems, and engineering teams; Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across projects to ensure timely delivery; Support the evolution of the chart of accounts as required by the adopted solution; Contribute to testing strategies and carry out all accounting and reporting test phases; Ensure post-implementation support for reporting users. You need to have the following skills/experience: At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services; Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting; Familiarity with banking products or capital markets products; Experience with financial information systems; Experience in project management; Proficiency in MS Excel; Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; Minimum B2 level of English, with Portuguese language skills required. Location Lisbon (Hybrid - 2 days per week at the office).
