The Role: QA Tester
📍 Location: Lisbon
🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services
🗣️ Languages: English (B2) & French (B2)
✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Tester Engineer
- Hands on experience with: ALM Octane, ALM/QC, Jira, Xray
- API and integration testing: Postman, SoapUI, GraphQL, JMeter
- Knowledge of ISTQB standards and testing methodologies
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Nice to have: JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), Selenium, Gherkin, Karma, Jasmine, Jest
Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for frontend and backend systems
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment
- Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up
- Contribute to test reporting and quality assurance best practices
✅ Primarily a manual QA role with an automation component.
