CUSTOMS OPS SUPPORT
(M/F)
A função de Gateway Customs Ops Support tem como principal responsabilidade assegurar o funcionamento do processo Operacional Aduaneiro relativamente à Importação e Exportação de encomendas extra comunitários.
Realiza tarefas relacionadas com leitura e carregamento de encomendas de acordo com procedimentos internos, conferencia e manuseamento de carga. Faz o scanner da documentação e assegura que o processo decorre sem irregularidades. Efetua o controlo do deposito e assegura o suporte necessário ao processo físico de importação e exportação de forma a permitir a sua fluidez e eficácia. Está prevista uma formação inicial On Job de forma a garantir o sucesso do novo elemento da equipa e a satisfação dos nossos clientes.
Requisitos:
* 12.º ano de escolaridade (preferencial)
* Experiência prévia em suporte Operacional (manipulação manual de carga) - preferencial
* Familiarização com procedimentos de importação e exportação internacional (preferencial)
* Carta de condução (facilidade de deslocação para o Aeroporto)
* Conhecimentos de línguas: Inglês (preferencial)
* Experiência no office e facilidade de adaptação a novos sistemas informáticos
* Boa gestão do tempo / flexibilidade e disponibilidade / orientação para o trabalho em equipa
* Compromisso com a Excelência ( brio profissional, responsabilidade e gostar de fazer bem feito)
