What are you going to do?

• Drive end‑to‑end hiring for an exciting mix of tech roles — Developers, Engineers, DevOps, Testers, Data Specialists, Business Analysts, Mobile experts and so many more — connecting top talent with game‑changing opportunities;
• Partner closely with stakeholders to truly get under the skin of each role, understand team dynamics, and shape bold, tailored recruitment strategies that move fast and deliver results;
• Hunt down exceptional talent, spark engaging conversations, and lead interviews that dig deep into technical strengths and cultural fit;
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish, delivering clear, constructive feedback that keeps people informed, motivated, and excited;
• Stay plugged into the latest tech trends, tools, and hiring innovations, constantly leveling up your approach to attract the best talent in the market.

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any field that helps you truly understand people — how they think, how they grow, and what drives them;
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in IT Recruitment , with a sharp understanding of tech roles and what makes each profile stand out;
• Confidence navigating different tech stacks and holding meaningful conversations with developers — no fear of jargon, just curiosity and clarity;
• Proven experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to spot exceptional talent and spark the right connections;
• A natural ambition to push past goals, celebrate achievements, and keep raising the bar;
• A strong results‑driven mindset, thriving under deadlines and KPIs, even when things move fast and priorities shift;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, enabling smooth communication across teams, candidates, and global contexts.
