Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account management. Provide professional and customer-focused solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level). Good command of English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory. EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.
