As part of the acceleration of our European nearshore model, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Portugal , with a strong business and delivery mindset.
You are not just recruiting profiles.
You are securing the Group’s delivery capacity across Europe.
Working closely with Business Unit Directors and Sales teams, you will be responsible for structuring and scaling our nearshore talent pipeline to support our European entities.
At act digital, this is not a support function. It’s a business-critical role with visibility, ownership, and growth.
