Senior Product Management Lead

Senior Product Management Leads at Work & Co are cross‑functional leaders who manage complex, multi‑stream projects and define the product brief to shape the best possible product directly with the team.

They balance the ultimate user experience with business goals, break down complex problems to locate and manage their solutions, and plan, prioritize, and understand the bigger picture as well as relevant details.

They drive projects from initial concept to large‑scale product release to post‑launch optimization and ensure project health.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision
• Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications documentation
• Define the product brief and shape the best possible product directly with the team, across tactical and strategic engagements
• Bring added perspective from a business, user or operator perspective, evaluating the work with an eye to how to make it better for users and the business, and ultimately how it should be developed/released
• Own the project timeline and ensure consistent delivery against project deliverables and milestones; spot potential issues before they arise and devise solutions to protect overall project health
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi‑platform applications
