Role Summary

As AI Research Scientist, you’ll research and develop cutting-edge AI techniques for medical data analysis. You’ll work at the intersection of AI research and clinical practice, collaborating with medical experts to solve complex healthcare challenges.

This is a research-focused role ideal for someone with a strong academic background who wants to apply their research skills to real-world healthcare problems.

Responsibilities

Research & Innovation

• Research novel AI techniques for medical data interpretation and clinical reasoning
• Develop new approaches for handling medical uncertainty and multi-modal data
• Investigate methods for improving AI explainability in clinical contexts
• Stay current with latest developments in medical AI and LLM research
• Publish research findings in top-tier AI and medical informatics conferences
• Present work at academic conferences and industry events
• Collaborate with academic institutions and research partners
• Contribute to open-source projects and research communities
• Work closely with clinical advisors to understand medical reasoning patterns
• Design studies to validate AI approaches with real clinical data
• Translate clinical requirements into technical research problems
• Ensure research outputs are clinically relevant and actionable

What We’re Looking For

• PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or related field with strong research track record
• Deep expertise in machine learning , natural language processing , or deep learning
• Experience with large language models and transformer architectures
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
• Ability to translate research ideas into practical applications
• Experience in medical AI , healthcare informatics , or clinical NLP
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical workflows, or diagnostic processes
• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, images, time series)
• Background in uncertainty quantification or explainable AI
• Collaboration experience with medical professionals or healthcare institutions
