Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – (Lisbon Office)
Are you fluent in Italian and eager to build your career in vibrant Lisbon, Portugal? We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our international service operations on-site in central Lisbon!
In this role, you will represent leading global brands across e-commerce, travel, fintech, or digital services—delivering high-quality assistance and resolving incoming inquiries across multiple communication channels.
The Role
- Customer Advisory: Assist Italian-speaking customers via inbound phone calls, live chat, and email regarding order updates, account management, billing inquiries, or service details.
- Problem Resolution: Identify client needs, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide efficient, accurate solutions using internal CRM tools.
- Service Excellence: Deliver empathetic, professional communication to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Record interaction details accurately and escalate complex technical or administrative issues to specialized internal teams when necessary.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern corporate office hub in central Lisbon.
- Schedule: Standard rotational operational shifts (40 hours per week).
Relocation & Onboarding Support
- Accommodation Provided: Company-allocated room or apartment (with rent and utility assistance included) for candidates moving to Lisbon.
- Flight Reimbursement: Initial flight ticket to Lisbon reimbursed after successful completion of the probation period.
- Administrative Assistance: Hands-on support with local administrative processes (getting your NIF, NISS, health center registration, and bank account opening).

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or Near-Native command of Italian (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
- Legal Eligibility: Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence/Work Permit.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using multi-screen setups, standard computer software, and CRM databases (paid training provided).
