HVAC Mechanical Engineer (M/F)

Our client is currently strengthening its team by hiring an HVAC Mechanical Engineer: Key Responsibilities Design and develop HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems Prepare HVAC calculations (cooling/heating loads, ventilation rates, duct and pipe sizing, equipment selection) Produce and review technical drawings, layouts, and specifications Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, electrical, structural) Support project execution from concept design through construction and commissioning Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation Ensure designs comply with local and international codes, standards, and best practices Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases Assist in cost estimation and value engineering when required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC system design and/or engineering Good knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and materials Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO, local codes, etc.) Proficiency in AutoCAD Ability to perform engineering calculations and technical evaluations Strong communication and teamwork skills Good command of written and spoken English
