Danish-Speaking Video Content Moderator – Social Media Industry (Lisbon) Are you a Danish speaker who is passionate about internet safety, digital media, and online trends? In this role, you will work behind the scenes for one of the world's leading video-sharing platforms, reviewing digital media to ensure a safe, welcoming, and secure community for millions of users. The Role Video Review: Monitor, evaluate, and moderate user-generated video content and accompanying text/audio in Danish, ensuring strict adherence to global community guidelines and safety policies. Risk Identification: Detect and quickly flag inappropriate, harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating visual material, taking swift action to enforce guidelines. Objective Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking to make accurate, independent choices regarding video removals, age-restrictions, or account escalations. Data Security: Handle user reports and sensitive platform information with the highest standards of confidentiality and digital privacy. Working Model & Location Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech office hub. Shift Pattern: Rotational operational shifts (which may include weekends or holidays to support a 24/7 digital environment).
