Daily Accountabilities & Workflow

As a Virtual Solutions Advisor your regular tasks will include:

• Interactive Client Care: Handling incoming requests across multiple channels including telephone networks emails and live web chat with rapid and high-quality responses.

Qualifications & Competencies
