Senior Sailpoint Engineer

We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Engineer / SailPoint Tech Lead, 1x per week onsite.

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a

strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Proven experience designing and delivering SailPoint solutions, including

custom development and integrations.

- Strong programming skills (Java or similar).

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors and integrations with

systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services.

- Solid understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management,

provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration and automation.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) and containerized

deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.G., OWASP, NIST, ISO

27001).

- Previous experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and

coordinating project delivery.

- Strong people management, communication, stakeholder

management, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM)

solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Act as the SailPoint Team Lead/Tech Lead, providing technical

direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful

delivery of project milestones.

- Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering,

solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

- Coordinate and prioritize the team's technical activities, ensuring high_quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, rules, and policies to

support business needs.

- Integrate SailPoint with diverse systems and applications through APIs, web

services, and custom connectors.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure

seamless IAM integration.

- Ensure alignment with IAM best practices, regulatory compliance, and

security standards.

- Lead code reviews, promote development best practices, and support the

professional growth of the engineering team.

- Drive automation initiatives for IAM processes to enhance scalability,

efficiency, and operational excellence.

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for SailPoint-related topics,

supporting stakeholders and facilitating technical decision-making
