Organização de grande porte no setor de energia, líder nacional na produção, distribuição e comercialização de eletricidade e gás natural.
Responsabilidades
Realizar ligações para clientes atuais e potenciais, apresentando vantagens dos pacotes de luz e gás.
Atender via telefone, e-mail ou chat.
Garantir uma experiência de atendimento clara, cordial e eficiente.
Condições de Trabalho
40h semanais (8h/dia).
22 dias de férias por ano.
Subsídio de férias e de Natal pagos mensalmente.
Subsídio de refeição: 7€/dia em cartão pré‑pago.
Seguro de saúde e odontológico após assinatura do contrato.
Local: Covilhã — edifício administrativo da organização.
Salário
Simulação mensal (40h/semana):
Salário base: 920 €
Subsídio de férias (mensal): 76,67 €
Subsídio de Natal (mensal): 76,67 €
Subsídio de refeição (21 dias úteis): 147 €
Total bruto mensal: 1 220,33 €
Tipo de Contrato
Contrato a termo incerto (12 meses), renovável por mais 12.
Contrato permanente após 2 anos.
