What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of our brand for our Italian-speaking customers, supporting them with empathy, precision, and a can-do attitude. Your daily mission: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, you'll be a true omni-channel hero. Assist merchants with everything from technical setup to payment issues and product navigation. Collaborate with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Tech Support to resolve queries quickly and efficiently. Help improve our internal processes, tools, and workflows to boost merchant satisfaction and retention. What You Bring to the Table We're looking for problem-solvers and people-pleasers who are passionate about tech and care deeply about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You are: Fluent in Italian and comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written). Tech-savvy, you're quick with a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Experienced in Customer Support or Contact Centers (preferred, but not essential). Patient, positive, and always ready to helpeven when things get hectic.
